Top 6 Resident Reminders
No solicitors are allowed in Longford Crossing.  Call the Upper Providence Police Non-Emergency line directly if any are in the neighborhoods (610-933-7899).

Home owners are responsible for the repair of their own sidewalks. The HOA has been repairing some common area walks and notifying the few owners with cracked walks.

Homeowners are responsible for their own driveway and sidewalk shoveling.  The snow plow will likely move some street snow into your driveway...please be patient as it can't be avoided.

No pets are allowed in the playground. Young ones do not always understand how to safely approach an animal nor does the animal know not to dirty our playground.

Pick up after your pet throughout our community.

Common area parking is limited to 36 hours in one spot. Please prioritize use of your driveway, garage or front apron.  Vehicles in violation of parking restrictions are subject to tow. Note that per association rules, homeowners with more than two vehicles must park one vehicle in their garage.

Architectural/Exterior Modifications

Many homeowners are beginning to make exterior modifications to the property including roof replacements due to hail damage. In order to ensure that exterior modifications conform to the guidelines and aesthetic harmony of the community, please be reminded of the following:

  • Exterior changes to the property or alterations to the grounds are prohibited, unless prior written approval is received from the Board of Directors.

  • All exterior change requests must be submitted in writing to the Management Company.  The request must be in sufficient detail to allow the Board to render a decision.

  • Failure to obtain the necessary approval letter will result in the Association requesting areas to be returned to their original condition.

  • The owner is responsible to obtain any required municipal permits for Association approved alterations.

  • For those homeowners who are having a roof replaced, please note that the only approved shingle for use in the community is GAF Timberline HDZ in Weathered Wood color.

  • Please ensure that any contractors perform a thorough cleanup of the property following each day of work to ensure that nails and other construction debris are not left behind.
